Unruly Scoops Awards For Outstanding Technological Innovation And International Impact
Unruly is today celebrating double award success. Last night we scooped International Impact Management Team of the Year at the BVCA Awards.
CEO Scott Button and members of Unruly’s management team picked up the prestigious accolade at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London, yesterday.
As the global platform for social video marketing, we beat off stiff competition from across the South-East to win the regional title and were also named the winner of the national awards, making us the UK’s leading company for international impact.
The BVCA is the only awards ceremony to recognize the positive impact of private equity and venture capital-backed companies on the British and global economies.
Unruly was also ranked by advertisers as the digital service provider with the hottest new media and technology platforms, according to a new survey.
We topped the category for ‘hot new media and technological platforms’ among the 300 respondents interviewed in the International Media Image Survey (I-MIS), run in conjunction with the International Advertising Association (IAA) and Warc.
The report is the first in a series of annual surveys designed to understand how key media brands/organizations/agencies are perceived.
Scott Button, CEO at Unruly said “These two awards are a reflection of our team’s continuous efforts to bring innovative video technology solutions and leading insight to the market and our dedication to serve brands and agencies internationally, whether they be in Singapore, London or San Francisco.
“We’re delighted that Richard Anton (Amadeus Capital Partners) and Marion Bernard (British Growth Fund) were able to join us on the stage as we are extremely fortunate in our investors, who we consider key partners in helping us to scale the company.”
For each category, media partners were judged on their ability to ‘offer a creative and flexible approach’, their ‘professional sales/customer service, their ‘hot new media and technological platforms’ and their ‘ability to prove ROI’.
Unruly was also ranked as the social video platform with the best research and ROI material. Additionally, the survey found that advertisers see video as the second fastest growing ad category, behind search.
