5 Super Bowl 2018 Ads You Should Watch Right Now

This month’s batch includes the first wave of highly-anticipated Super Bowl ads – including spots from Groupon, Doritos and more. Elsewhere in the list, we’ve got Pringles kicking off Super Bowl ad season with SNL legend Bill Hader, closely followed by Febreze.
Also in our Super Bowl round-up this week is Lexus, who partnered with Marvel’s Black Panther to be the real heroes of the Super Bowl.

5. Groupon – “Who Wouldn’t?”

This Super Bowl ad from unlikely candidate Groupon, starring comedienne Tiffany Haddish, is short and sweet but packs a little political punch. We’re presented with an obviously wealthy man who couldn’t care less about supporting small businesses, and who swiftly gets what he deserves.
4. Doritos x Mtn Dew – Tongue Twisters

A-listers Morgan Freeman and Peter Dinklage prep for a rap battle in this Super Bowl teaser from Doritos and Mountain Dew – which is gearing up to be the most star-studded Super Bowl spot of 2018. The ad is made infinitely better by each star’s respective hip-hop coaches, Busta Rhymes and Missy Elliot.
3. Pringles – Wow

Pringles’ Super Bowl ad opens on a film set, with Bill Hader clad in aviation gear. When the director yells cut, Hader and the crew take a break by the snack table – and have their eyes opened to a world of possibilities unlocked by stacking Pringles of different flavours on top of each other. The ad will leave you not only hungry, but missing Hader on SNL as well.
2. Lexus LS 500 – Long Live the King

Lexus certainly knows how to show off luxury, and this is definitely still the case in its latest Super Bowl spot. Partnering with Marvel, the high-end car brand released an extended spot of its big game ad, including actual footage from the highly-anticipated Black Panther movie.
1. Febreze – The Only Man Whose Bleep Don’t Stink

Following the success of its last spot, Febreze has returned with the story of Dave, the one person in the entire world whose “bleep don’t stink” (allegedly). The ad features Dave’s family and friends, who are equally as shocked at his smell-free living, and how they utilise Febreze to eliminate any awkward odours that arise.
