Product Executive – Unruly Shield, EMEA – London

WANTED: An enthusiastic executive to work in the Unruly Shield Team to assist with the running of Unruly’s extensive Trust products and programme.  You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including undertaking daily quality assurance checks across our publisher network and the third party networks we work with. You will also be directly involved in completing rigorous analysis of our campaigns to provide key optimisations to our Operations team, to improve the success of the campaigns we run.  Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in decision making regarding the product roadmap for the Shield programme, which will provide an excellent opportunity to work closely with the product development teams within the business.

Reporting quality metric data to the team lead will be a key part of your role and an area that will expand as you grow within the role, so we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail.  This will involve using third party technology to analyse campaign reports, and updating and maintaining company policies in line with your research. Additionally, you will assist with the running of independent third party verification programmes in line with initiatives such as TAG and the DTSG Good Practice Principles, which is a fantastic way to learn more about how the industry is progressing, and get to grips with all of the industry bodies.

  • Own and deliver Unruly’s daily analysis and quality assurance across Unruly’s pan-global exchange, whilst assisting the team lead with all elements of the product and programme.

You must have:

  • A willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge in a complex market and business area
  • An interest in the digital media industry
  • Unique understanding of digital display and video markets
  • Clear demonstrable knowledge of digital and emerging platforms/commercial opportunities in the digital media landscape and likely challenges
  • Understanding of existing industry issues around Trust and Transparency 
  • Proven ability to identify business flaws and opportunities to shape roadmap for the future

About You: Education & Qualifications

  • Honours-level degree or equivalent preferred (University of Life also counts)

The Wow Factor:

We’d love it if you:

  • Speak 2 or 3 languages fluently
  • Have expert working knowledge of auction-based media platforms (SEM, AdX, DSP)
  • Are comfortable with presenting new and innovative digital technologies/features to the business to support internal knowledge base
  • Have experience supporting delivery across multiple platforms, from Mobile through to Connected TVs
  • Have been involved in end-to-end project management release cycle, with experience of either waterfall or agile methodologies
  • Are well connected with working groups at the IAB, Admonsters and AOP
  • Have experience of working across at least two digital media business types (Agency/Publisher/Network/Technology Vendor)
