Junior Creative – London
WANTED: We are looking for a Junior Creative to assist with editing and optimising video content for our clients, including Interactive ad experiences, video and display campaigns.
As our Junior Creative (Edit Suite), you will be working closely with our Global Creative Production team in order to respond to client briefs and provide kick-ass content for some of the coolest brands around. (Think of your favourite brand, we’ve probably worked with them). You will be reporting to our Global Creative Product Lead.
You will need to have some experience with video editing and graphic design. Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles and motion graphics will also be an amazing addition, but not essential. You will be juggling the Adobe Creative Suite like a boss, working with a variety of different creative projects. Trust us, you won’t be bored!
We are looking for someone with lots of potential and a high quality (even if short) portfolio. You will need to be a quick learner and someone with bundles of enthusiasm who’s not afraid of tackling new things (Learning a new software on the job is essential for this role). You will be working with deadlines so you’ll need to be the Dr Strange of time management with the agility of Spider-Man and the organisation of Tony Stark.
Equally important, we need a high energy, ego-free personality who understands and embraces teamwork and the value of feedback/criticism by turning it into opportunities to create even better work.
If successful, your work will be displayed across the globe via over 15 offices and over 260 employees worldwide as well as 95% of the Ad Age 100 brands. Cool, right?

- Understanding of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)

- The ability to work within different brand guidelines and keep consistently strong outputs
About You: Education & Qualifications
- Honours-level degree or equivalent (University of Life also counts)
