WANTED: An experienced and enthusiastic Programmatic “lover” to provide first class solutions to our Unruly supply network in Norway, and build out our publisher portfolio within the Nordics and help us to grow our programmatic revenues. You will have an understanding of the Publisher market specifically, and will want to be on the cutting edge of launching new products. You will identify, pursue, and negotiate new partnership deals across verticals such as tech, bus-finance, women’s genres, lifestyle, gaming and entertainment. You will lead and shape workstreams, programmatic media buying and optimization, fully understanding all available targeting opportunities that allow the team to deliver stellar campaigns.
You will be part of the infrastructure within the Nordic OPS team to ensure that campaign delivery and client servicing skills, including campaign configuration, programmatic sales, meet tradindesk clients, troubleshooting and performance optimization, are consistent and of the highest quality.
Working together with a mix with three teams leading by Ad Operation Director EMEA, Business Development Director Nordics and you will also work close to our Commercial Director Nordics.
You will have a passion for video/publishing, and manage all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, closing, implementing and relationship management, to build successful long-term relationships in key supply territories. You will be highly analytical, interested in new technology and confident in communicating on progress and technical issues across a range of internal stakeholders. About the Role: Mission
Your mission will be to:
Sell in Unruly’s solutions (both existing and future facing solutions) into publishers alongside our Publisher development team
Maintain all existing partners performance & technical relationships, investigating UX and metrics anomalies and collaborating with Business Development, Product & Partners as necessary to resolve.
Develop strong relationships with ad operations and technical key personnel at the publisher
Integrate new sources of video inventory, bringing partners from Unruly’s roadmap into the live domain and fully operable across campaigns
Maintain, develop & execute a customer-led growth strategy for Unruly’s SSP in the Nordic region. This will include an all-round approach, from establishing and growing relationships with Trade Desks and other Programmatic decision makers, to responding to incoming Programmatic orders, briefs & helping buyers establishing a winning Programmatic strategy utilising the proprietary tech & tools of Unruly’s SSP.
Oversee the current client portfolio and growing Programmatic revenue, dealing with a variety of buyer needs; communication, campaign setup, troubleshooting and reporting as well as managing programmatic executive support

About You: Experience
You must have:
2+ years experience of the digital industry, preferably within an Internet or media company, or other digital media property
Unique understanding of the publisher market, header bidding, digital video markets, and various pricing models
Skill in Publisher negotiations, with a keen interest in closing deals and building supply relationships
Experience in sourcing new supply partners, and a network of transferable relationships
Able to adapt to new technologies quickly
Experience of taking ownership of technical work, seeing the work through and communicating directly with a variety of internal and external customers to offer support and solve problems via a variety of mediums (e.g. phone, face to face, email)
Experience working in a customer facing technical role, investigating and resolving technical issues including solving new problems that have not previously been encountered
Demonstrated ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people
Experience of doing data analysis work, using spreadsheets, SQL or other tools.

About You: Education & Qualifications
Honours-level degree or equivalent preferred (University of Life also counts)
The Wow Factor:
2+ Years experienced in Video specifically
Have experience or knowledge in RTB and programmatic environments
Have led global relationships with premium publishers and large networks ( Preferred)
Have direct experience closing deals with partners in the video space
Expert working knowledge of ad-serving, ad technologies and auction-based media platforms (SEM, AdX, DSP)
